Breakdown of the Player Showcase Weekend:
The ALPB will be guaranteeing 8 signed contracts for players attending the event.
Scouts from at least 20 various MLB organizations will be in attendance, with the ability to sign players on the spot.
Scouts from other Independent Professional leagues will also be in attendance to sign qualified players.
The event will feature a typical showcase-style atmosphere, as well as LIVE gameplay.
The Player Showcase weekend is open to all players eligible to sign professional contracts.
The event will be heavily marketed on all Prospect Dugout platforms, increasing awareness of all Prospects in attendance.
Players with MLB, AAA, and ALPB experience
All players that meet this criteria will be able to attend at the cost of $150.
Experience must be verified through your Baseball Reference page.
All other players
All players that do not have MLB, AAA, or ALPB experience will be able to attend the showcase at the cost of $250.
